Rebecca Xie

Rebecca Xie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rebecca is currently serving as the Director at Startup Grind Greater China since June 2022. Additionally, they are a Mentor at German Entrepreneurship Asia since August 2021 and the Founder of Tea&Tech since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Rebecca was the Head of Cross Border Innovation at Plug and Play Tech Center, starting in October 2018. Rebecca also worked at IBM as the Global Sales Incentives Program Manager from April 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they were a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Bank of America Corporation from February 2015 to March 2016. Rebecca's early career experience includes working as a Peer Advisor at Kaplan, specifically at Pace University, from May 2014 to May 2015.

Rebecca Xie pursued their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Trade from Northwestern Polytechnical University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they enrolled at Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Investment Management from 2013 to 2015.
