Matthew Finley

Matthew Finley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew currently works as a Design Engineer for MEA Development at Plug Power since June 2021. Prior to this, Matthew was an Energy Engineer at Franklin Energy from January 2019 to May 2021. Matthew also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Alfred University from January 2018 to December 2018, and as an Instructional Support Assistant at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from January 2018 to November 2018. Matthew gained valuable intern experience at Solar Liberty from June 2016 to October 2017, where they performed tasks such as designing residential site plans and organizing energy consumption history for clients. In addition, they have held various positions at businesses such as Evergreen Hills Christmas Tree Farm, Holland Youth Soccer Camp, Holland NASCAR Motorsports Complex, and U.S. Soccer Federation.

Matthew Finley completed their Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering at Alfred University from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Business Administration at the same institution. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sustainable Business at Alfred University from 2017 to 2018.
