Natalie B.

Natalie B. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natalie began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Crouse Hospital in 2012, followed by internships at AngioDynamics and UPS Supply Chain Solutions in the same year. In 2013, Natalie joined Albany Medical Center as a Human Resources Associate and later transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Associate.

In 2015, Natalie joined Plug Power as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked until 2017 before being promoted to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Natalie continued to excel in their career at Plug Power and was subsequently promoted to the position of Human Resources Business Partner in May 2019. Later in August 2019, Natalie became the Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions.

Natalie joined the leadership team at Plug Power in June 2021 as the Director of Field HR and HR Operations. Natalie was then promoted to the role of Director of HR Operations and Global HR Business Partner in April 2022, demonstrating their expertise in HR operations and strategic business partnering. Currently, as of June 2023, Natalie holds the position of Director of Global HR Business Partner at Plug Power.

Natalie B. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Leadership, and Marketing with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Le Moyne College in 2013. In 2022, they completed the Executive Masters program in Human Resource Management from Cornell University ILR School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop and DDI Virtual Classroom Facilitator Booster from Development Dimensions International in October 2020. Natalie also holds certifications including Unconscious Bias, What Are Your Blind Spots? (getAbstract Summary), What to Do When There's Too Much to Do (getAbstract Summary), Why Motivating People Doesn't Work...and What Does (getAbstract Summary), and SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) from SHRM in June and July 2020, respectively.
