Thijs de Zeeuw

Thijs de Zeeuw has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Thijs started their career at Frames in 2012, where they worked as a Junior Design Engineer Mechanical until 2014. Thijs then took on the role of Design Engineer Mechanical at Frames from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Eltacon Engineering as an Engineer Mechanical and worked there until 2021. During this time, they gained valuable experience in mechanical engineering. In 2021, Thijs joined Frames again, this time as a Mechanical Design Engineer, before moving to Plug Power in 2022. At Plug Power, they held the position of Senior Mechanical Design Engineer before being promoted to the role of Principal Mechanical Engineer in June 2023. Thijs has a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, providing him with a solid foundation for their current position at Plug Power.

Thijs de Zeeuw attended Ashram College from 2002 to 2009, although no degree or field of study is specified. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In July 2019, Thijs obtained a certification in "Sterktetechnisch Ontwerpen & Berekenen van Drukbelaste Componenten" from the Technology Consultancy Center (TCC).
