Marco Realino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Assistant Administrator at Ceagesp, a public company focused on the supply of fruits and vegetables in São Paulo. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Test Analyst at Prime Control before transitioning to DXC Technology as a Test Analyst in 2018. Marco then joined Programmer's - Beyond IT as a QA Analyst in 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst at Actminds, Inc. In 2020, they became an Analyst of Requirements at Mitra Sistemas. In 2019, they earned certifications in Management 3.0 from Management 3.0 and in Strategic Management of Information Technology from FGV Online. In 2020, they obtained the certification in Initial Training of Privacy Professionals based on LGPD (General Data Protection Law) from TIexames. Lastly, in 2021, they acquired the certification in Requirements Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, and in 2022, they completed the Introduction to Digital Currencies certification from the University of Nicosia.
