Jenna Jaco

Jenna Jaco is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in documentation and training across various industries. Currently at Bold Commerce, Jenna has previously held senior technical writing positions at American Electric Power, where documentation for new software solutions was developed, and eBay, where an information architecture strategy for a company style guide was implemented. As the Head of Documentation & Training at Archipelago, Jenna led all documentation and training initiatives, creating a product content strategy that aligned with business goals. Prior roles include driving customer-facing documentation for SystemLink Enterprise software at NI (National Instruments) and editorial leadership in academic and journal settings. Jenna holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Rhetoric from St. Edward's University.
