Xavier Ayme-Mauchand is the current head of engineering at Plum. Xavier has also worked as a freelance IT developer, founder and CEO of Junddo, and a wireline field engineer at Schlumberger. Prior to that, they served as an officier in the Armée de Terre.

Xavier Ayme-Mauchand has a Master Degree in Energetic Engineering from École Polytechnique and a Master Upstream Oil Industry Overview and Project Management from IFP School.
