Magdalena Sikora

Magdalena Sikora has a wealth of experience in the field of data analytics. Magdalena began their career in 2004 as a Sales Department Assistant at TPC Sp. z o.o. In 2006, they moved to FOTA S.A. where they held the roles of Manager of the Market and Operational Analysis Center, Manager of the Purchase Price Analysis Office, and Assistant of the Commercial Director/Assistant of the Logistics and Purchase Director. In 2012, they became a Controlling Analyst at DOMAX Sp. z o.o. and then in 2013, they took on the role of Database Analysis Specialist at Bank BPH. In 2014, they joined BEST SA Capital Group where they held the roles of Head of Data Analytics Development Department, BI Analyst, and Business Leader of the Project on Data Warehouse. In this role, they managed the project on the implementation of DWH while cooperating with an IT team, analysed and specified the business requirements for DWH, tested the implemented areas, and supported the process of data migration between the systems. In 2022, they took on the role of Technical Product Manager at PlumResearch.

Magdalena Sikora obtained a Master's Degree in Enterprise Economics from the University of Gdansk in 2004, having studied Management from 1999 to 2004.
