Paul Arsenault

Paul Arsenault has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Most recently, they served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Plume Design, Inc, a software-as-a-service platform for communications service providers. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Symbotic. Paul also worked as the Recruiting Team Lead at Altisource Labs and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Monster. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Recruiter at The CEI Group and as a Recruiter at Randstad.

Paul Arsenault earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
