Sarah Donnolly

Sarah Donnolly is a seasoned human resources professional with diverse experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Plume Design, Inc. since November 2022, Sarah focuses on employee relations, manager training and development, performance management, and succession planning. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Head of People Operations at Firstbase, where programs were built from the ground up, contributing to significant growth within a global remote tech startup.
