Andrea Hibbard Eit

Andrea Hibbard, EIT, currently serves as an Engineer in Training III at Plummer Associates, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn from February 2021 to June 2023. Andrea's career began at the City of Norman, where responsibilities included working as a Laboratory Technician in Water Treatment from November 2016 to January 2021. Andrea holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
