Cate Ball Pe

Cate Ball, PE, is an accomplished engineer currently employed at Plummer Associates, Inc. since August 2018. With a diverse background in education and planning, Cate has served as a science teacher at South Texas ISD and Los Fresnos CISD, focusing on engaging 7th grade and high school students in Integrated Physics, Chemistry, and other scientific concepts. Prior experience includes managerial roles at South Padre Island Birding & Nature Center and city planning positions with the Town of South Padre Island and the City of San Antonio. Cate holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, a Master's Degree in Geography from Texas State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Southern Methodist University.
