Eliza Dabney

Eliza Dabney has a diverse work experience. Eliza started their career as a Management Consultant at THR Innovative Tourism Advisors in 2004. Eliza then worked as an Account Director at Bite Communications from 2006 to 2010, where they handled clients such as HP, Microsoft, and Cisco Systems. Eliza later served as the PR & Communications Director at Boticca.com from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they co-founded Sepia Communications and held the role of Co-founder & CEO until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Eliza was the Managing Director at Outcast. Currently, they are the CMO at Plural, an early-stage investment fund focusing on companies with the potential to make a significant impact on the world.

Eliza Dabney earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography from Colgate University in 2004. In 2003, they also attended the University of Canterbury for a short period as part of their Geography studies.
