Jason Smart is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in organizational behavior and human resources. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Business Partners at Pluralsight, Jason leads a globally distributed team supporting key executives in product and technology. Previous roles include Director of HR Operations and Analytics at NICE inContact, where Jason optimized employee experiences, and Sr HR Business Partner at Amazon, providing strategic HR support across multiple global teams. With a foundation in HR management from Procter & Gamble and Honeywell, Jason holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
