Sarah Entz

Sarah Entz is the owner of Entz Consulting LLC, established in 2019, focusing on enhancing organizational goals and employee experiences. With extensive leadership experience, Sarah served as VP of Talent Management at Pluralsight from 2020 to 2024, driving corporate strategy, performance management, and DEIB initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Global Leadership Development at AECOM, HR Talent/Leader Development Manager at Amazon, and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Sarah has a profound background in leadership development across diverse industries, including military leadership enhancement for the United States Marine Corps. Sarah holds a PhD and an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University West.
