Halai Shukran, SPHR has worked in the Human Resources field for over a decade. Halai began their career in 2007 as a Production Assistant at C-SPAN. In 2010, they moved to WebVisible as a Corporate Trainer & Recruiter. In 2011, they joined Viant Technology as a Sr. Manager, Training and was promoted to Manager, Corporate Training, Director, HR, and Sr. Director, HR. In 2019, they joined Cie as Director, People & Culture and Cvent as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are Vice President, Talent & Culture at Pluribus Digital, responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and execution of organizational effectiveness, talent and culture management programs.

Halai Shukran, SPHR obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in English and Sociology.
