Michelle Dawson

Michelle Dawson is currently the Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Plus Capital and a Charter Member at TechGC. Previously, Michelle worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates and as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Michelle also has experience as an Analyst at JPMorgan Chase and Sandler O’Neill Asset Management. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Columbia University.
