Arben Margilaj

Arben Margilaj has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Their most recent position was as the Head of Regulation, Interconnection & Roaming Department at Plus Communication, where they have been since 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Interconnection, Roaming & Wholesale Data Director at ALBtelecom Albania from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they held various roles at Eagle Mobile, including Head of Regulation Affairs, Interconnection & Roaming Division from 2007 to 2012 and General Director from 2006 to 2007. Arben also worked as a Telecommunication Expert at The Supreme State Audit in 2005, an Executive Manager at TCN sh.p.k. from 1999 to 2005, and Head of Technical Dept (BSS) at Albanian Mobile Communications from 1998 to 1999. In their earlier career, they were a Telecommunications Expert, Director of Fieri District, and Member of the Executive Board at Albanian Telecom Sh.a. from 1992 to 1998.

Arben Margilaj pursued their education from 1979 to 1984 at the University of Tirana. During this time, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from the Faculty of Electric Engineering.
