Jim Lawton

Jim Lawton began their work experience in 1993 as a Programmer at AT&T and NCR. From 1998 to 2010, they served as a Lead Business Analyst at a major chemical company, where they established a cross-functional PMO and led the development of content management standards. Starting in 2010, Jim worked at iCrossing, where they held various roles such as Director of Account Management, Senior Director of Technology Program Management, and Vice President of Product Management / TPM. During their time at iCrossing, they led cross-functional teams, managed client accounts, and implemented technology initiatives that led to significant revenue growth. Most recently, they joined Plus Company in 2023 as the Vice President and Head of North America Delivery.
