Yael Montal

Yael Montal is an experienced professional in the field of training and instructional design, currently serving as a Training Manager and Instructional Designer at Malam PayRoll since April 2023. Concurrently, Yael holds the position of Training Instructor at John Bryce, engaging with adolescents and high school students in training development programs. Prior roles include Training Manager at Eureka World, where Yael managed projects focused on hybrid learning in virtual environments, and as an Expert in Pedagogic Innovation at the Center for Learning Innovation, emphasizing 21st century skills in education. Additional experience includes coordinating international relations and content development at Yad Vashem and serving as an educator at Or Hachaim. Yael is pursuing a Master's degree in Learning Technologies at Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Bachelor of Education from Ono Academic College.
