Albis Suarez

Albis Suarez is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in management, personal training, and exercise physiology. Currently serving as General Manager and Exercise Specialist at PLUS ONE HEALTH MANAGEMENT INC since July 2017, Albis consistently provides high-level customer service while motivating clients in a positive environment. Previously, Albis held various roles at Albfit Corp. from November 2011, where responsibilities included designing personalized fitness programs and conducting assessments. In addition, Albis was a Special Populations Coach at Training with a Purpose, enhancing clients' daily activity performance. Earlier experience includes positions at JFK Health System, focusing on health and fitness management alongside physical therapists, and Town Sports International, where Albis developed fitness training programs tailored to members’ needs. Albis holds an education from LaGuardia Community College and Our Lady Queen of Martyrs.
