Anand Mehta

Anand Mehta has an extensive work experience in the field of engineering and cloud computing. Anand currently holds the position of Senior Cloud Engineer at Plus3 IT Systems, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an AWS Cloud Consultant at Strategic Business Systems (SBS) from February 2023 to May 2023. Before rejoining Plus3 IT Systems, they served as a Senior Cloud Engineer from November 2017 to February 2023. Anand also worked as a Senior Software Systems Integration Engineer at SAIC from May 2010 to November 2017. Anand gained experience in electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility testing during their tenure as a Senior EMI EMC Test Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. from May 2009 to May 2010 and as an EMI EMC Test Engineer at Honeywell from May 2006 to May 2009. Anand started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Custom Manufacturing & Engineering in December 2004 and worked until October 2005.

Anand attended St. Mary's School in Nairobi from 1985 to 1992. During this time, they did not obtain any degrees or specific field of study.

From 1992 to 1997, Anand attended Oshwal High School in Nairobi, but again, they did not obtain any degrees or specific field of study.

Anand then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida from 1998 to 2002.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Anand continued their education at the University of South Florida, specializing in Electrical Engineering. Anand obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in this field from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Anand has also obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they were certified as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer - Associate. In December 2021, they obtained the certification of Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate. Furthermore, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification in June 2022. Their most recent certification is the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, which they received in August 2020 from the Microsoft Azure Certification Exams.
