Bianka Lekova

Bianka Lekova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, development, customer service, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at Plus500™ since May 2015, Bianka specializes in assessing training needs and developing tailored plans. Previously, Bianka was a Training and Development Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Plus500™, focusing on onboarding processes for customer support roles and providing exceptional service as a Customer Service Representative. Bianka's earlier roles include Sport Commentator at Vermantia and English Language Teacher at BRITANICA. Bianka holds a Master of Business Administration from Varna University of Management, an Executive Diploma in Tourism Management from Mediterranean College Athens, a Master’s degree in American and British Studies from New Bulgarian University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
