Harry Benson Francis

Harry Benson Francis is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and music curation industries, currently serving as the Director of Lifestyle at Aparium Hotel Group since January 2024. As the Founder of PlusOne, a creative agency dedicated to music curation for luxury hotel brands, Harry has effectively merged music with hospitality. Previous roles include Brand & Experience Manager, Guest Engagement Manager, and Rooms Division Supervisor at Riggs Washington DC, as well as Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at The LINE DC. Additional experience includes positions at New World Talent Agency as A&R Manager and in various capacities at W Hotels and Harzstyle. Harry holds an Associate's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Northern Virginia Community College.
