Ryan Thigpen

Ryan Thigpen has a diverse work experience in graphic and user experience design. In their current role as Senior User Experience Designer at Pluto TV, they apply their skills to enhance the user experience. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Tenant Inc. as a Senior UX/UI Digital Designer, where they contributed to creating seamless customer journeys. Ryan also served as the VP of Design and Senior UX/UI Visual Designer at GameFlex Inc., where they handled various design tasks such as app design, branding, and motion graphics. As a Freelance Designer at Rysen Design, Ryan worked on UX/UI projects on a contract basis. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior UX/UI Visual Designer at Thales Avionics IFE, responsible for creating graphical user interfaces and supporting engineers with graphical assets. Ryan also gained experience running their own graphic solutions company, RT Graphics, and worked as a Graphics Division Lead at Pacific Telecom Services (PTS), leading a team and managing all aspects of the graphics department. Ryan began their career as a Rigger/Modeler at Cinemation Studios and worked as a CAD Drafter and Photosim/Render Artist at Connell Design Group (CDG).
