Ben Broeckx

Ben Broeckx is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in public benefits, corporate responsibility, and internal audit. Currently serving as a Belgian ComEx member and Head of Public Benefits at Pluxee Belgium since December 2023, Ben previously held a similar role at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services until December 2023. Ben is also the owner of Casmo BVBA, offering specialized training and advisory services in internal audit and risk management. With a strong academic background, including roles as an Executive Professor at Antwerp Management School and a Lecturer at Solvay Brussels School, Ben has contributed significantly to education in the fields of internal audit and risk management. Prior experience includes advisory roles in governmental and international organizations, as well as senior positions at KPMG Advisory and Belgian Technical Cooperation, focusing on integrity and anti-corruption initiatives. Ben holds a Licenciaat degree in Applied Economics from Ghent University.
