Linda de Coene

Linda De Coene is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience across various HR functions. Currently serving as Human Resource Director for BeLux at Pluxee Belgium since January 2023, Linda also holds the title of Human Resources Director ad interim. Previous roles include a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, where efforts focused on talent development, HR project management, and transformation initiatives. Linda has a solid foundation in learning and development, having contributed to talent management processes and training design during a decade-long tenure at Sodexo. Additional experience includes HR project coordination and recruitment consulting at Adecco and ISO Interim. Linda possesses certifications in coaching and has gained academic qualifications from HUB-KUBrussel and Haute Ecole de la Communauté française 'Paul-Henri Spaak'.
