Nate Dilley

Nate Dilley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as Service Director and previously as Senior District Manager at Plymate, Inc. since July 2017, Nate has a strong background in account management from tenure at Monster as an Account Manager from December 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included working with Staffing and Recruiting firms. Prior experience at DEFENDERS involved roles as Operations Manager and Manager of Workforce Management, focusing on managing business partnerships and improving call center performance. Nate began a career in management at Starbucks as Shift Manager from September 2005 to June 2009. Nate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation with a focus on Environmental Studies from Franklin College, completed in 2009.
