Bob Frost

Bob Frost has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources and culture. Bob currently holds the position of SVP | People + Culture at PM Hotel Group. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at Washington Nationals and Lerner Enterprises. Bob also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at STARR Restaurants. Bob Frost has extensive experience in executive and leadership roles, including being the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Northwood Hospitality and the Corporate Director of Human Resources at China Grill Management. Additionally, they have held senior positions at HEI Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Throughout their career, they have been involved in creating and developing human resources infrastructure, overseeing growth, and hiring and training personnel.

Bob Frost attended Johnson & Wales University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
