Erik Hedegaard

Erik Hedegaard is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as an Associate Director of Real Estate Management Services at Avison Young since October 2022. With extensive experience dating back to 1991, Erik has held significant positions including Senior Property Manager at PM Realty Group and Senior Property Manager at Trammell Crow Company. Erik's leadership roles also include serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at WEDGE Properties Management Corporation and Vice President of Property Management at Madison Marquette Real Estate Services. Erik contributed to community efforts as a Committeeman on the Parade Committee and Past Vice Chairman of Special Friends.
