Clara Asmail

Clara Asmail is a Senior Program Manager at PM2 Strategies since January 2022, where responsibilities include fostering collaborations within the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies to support the DoD Manufacturing Technology Program. Prior to this role, Clara served as Deputy Director for Policy and Practice at the U.S. Department of Energy, managing technology transfer policy and reporting. Clara's career began at the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership, culminating in a role as Senior Technical Advisor, where initiatives included supporting small businesses in technology commercialization and leading efforts in additive manufacturing. Clara holds a Master of Science in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tulane University and Fordham University, respectively.
