Kelli Gardner

Kelli Gardner, PMP, is a seasoned program manager and operations officer with extensive experience in the US Navy and PMAT INC. Since January 2018, Kelli has held multiple leadership roles at PMAT INC., overseeing operations and research initiatives. Kelli's military career spans from reserve officer responsibilities in the US Navy Reserve to various leadership positions within the US Navy, including Force Integration/Fleet Interoperability Officer and Current Operations Administrative Department Head. Kelli has managed extensive administrative paperwork, personnel, and emergency situations, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media, Arts and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and possesses a GED in Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Assistant disciplines.
