Keti Shubitidze

Keti Shubitidze serves as a Business Development Manager at PMCG - Policy and Management Consulting Group since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in program management and development from previous roles, including Senior Officer and Senior Program Officer for the Europe and Eurasia region at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems from May 2017 to April 2020. Prior positions include Faculty Fellow at Johns Hopkins University SAIS, and roles in legal reform at the American Bar Association and the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association. Keti holds a Master of Laws in International Law and Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and National Security from George Mason University, a Master of Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Law from Tbilisi State University.
