Astrid Lethert has extensive experience in coaching, training, and consultancy with a focus on healthy leadership and organizational change. Currently, Astrid Lethert serves as Leiterin der Akademie NRW and Standortleiterin at pme Familienservice GmbH since June 2013, while also owning Astrid Lethert, Consulting and Coaching, which has been operational since March 2005. Previous roles include Mentorcoach at evolvia efh and Freelancing Expert at losol e.V. Additionally, Astrid Lethert worked as a Freelancing HR Consultant and Researcher for work & life, and as Managerin internationaler Projekte at Universität Leipzig. Educational qualifications include a Master of Art in Human Resources from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and various certifications in coaching and facilitation.
