Jonas Polfliet

Jonas Polfliet currently works as the Lead Engineer for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Process Management Systems (PMS) at PM Group, focusing on engineering and construction assistance for a Johnson & Johnson CAR-T facility and GBL6 projects since April 2023. As the owner of RoPo Engineering since April 2020, Jonas Polfliet oversees industrial automation project management, including setting business objectives, defining user requirements, and aligning customer business models with future needs. From April 2020 to October 2023, Jonas Polfliet served as a Project Manager at DEME Group, where responsibilities included developing Industry 4.0 structures for vessels in the context of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM). Prior to these roles, Jonas Polfliet held the position of Lead Engineer at Pfizer from November 2010 to April 2020.
