Tali Hamou

Tali Hamou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of TH Consulting LTD. since January 2015, where the emphasis is on developing technology-enabled strategies for organizational growth. Tali has also played significant roles as Chief Operating Officer at PMI Israel Chapter and as Senior Project Manager at Bank Leumi, focusing on relationship management and compliance with federal regulations. Notable earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at EL AL Israel Airlines, where Tali managed a critical Human Resources project related to an airport relocation. Tali holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Université Paris 8 and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Tali is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and ITILv4.
