Andrey Padalka

Andrey Padalka is an experienced professional in retention and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Retention at NDA since March 2024. Previous roles include CRM at Growe from June 2023 to March 2024, and CRM/Retention Manager at NDA from December 2022 to June 2023. Andrey has also worked as a Retention Manager at Favbet and NDA, showcasing a strong background in retention strategies. Prior to these positions, Andrey held the role of Head of Risk Manager and Deputy Head of the Department of Traders at BADs/ZLODEI Agency.
