Kateryna Sikora

Kateryna Sikora currently serves as the Retention Team Lead at NDA since November 2023, focusing on Tier 1 and 2 markets in Europe for sports and casino sectors. Previously, Kateryna was the Head of CRM at Growe from February to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing CRM strategies for the Indian casino and sportsbook market and managing a team of 14. From July 2021 to February 2023, Kateryna held the position of Senior CRM Manager at Parimatch Tech, specializing in data and behavior analytics across multiple tiers and leading initiatives in customer journey optimization, retention, and reactivation for seven countries. Prior experience includes CRM management roles at KLASS supermarket chain and Digma Food Market, as well as a position as Communication Manager at Canape Agency. Kateryna holds a Master's degree in Management of Innovations from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," completed in 2019.
