Donyelle La-key, PCAM, is an accomplished community association manager and office administrator at Horizon Management Company since April 2016. Donyelle holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) credential, earned from the Community Association Institute, and serves as a Community Asset Manager at both Horizon Management and Property Management Professionals, LLC. Additionally, Donyelle has been actively volunteering with the Downtown Women's Action Coalition since January 2014, focusing on empowering women facing adversities.
