Jaycie Mattsson has a diverse work history that spans various industries. Jaycie started their career at Kilwins Chocolates Franchise, Inc. as a Sales Associate, where they developed time management, customer service, and teamwork skills. Jaycie later worked as a Head Hostess at The Office, where they developed relationships with customers and resolved their requests, questions, and complaints. Jaycie then worked as an Administrative Assistant at PurStrands, where they acted as the brand's community manager and expanded promotions on Facebook and Instagram, resulting in a new profitable demographic.
