Jacob Merkulov

Jacob Merkulov has a work experience that spans several roles in the information technology field. Jacob started their career in 2017 as an Engineer-Developer at New Information Technologies in Aviation (NITA) and worked there until 2019. Jacob then joined Moscow Air Traffic Control Center, IT Department as an IT Project Manager/Automatization engineer from October 2019 to December 2021. In 2021, Jacob worked as an IT Project Manager at Itelma Electronics from November to April. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Program Manager at PMP TECH, starting in December 2021.

Jacob Merkulov obtained their Masters degree in Engineering and Software Development Management from Saint-Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. Jacob also holds additional certifications, including a Google Technical Support Certificate obtained in December 2022 and a C1 - Internationally recognized English certificate obtained from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in May 2022.
