Shelly Davis-Jones, MIS, MPM, PMP, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since January 2014, responsible for managing cross-functional project teams, resources, schedules, and financials. Shelly has also been a faculty member at PMstudy.com since 2012 and previously held various roles at SEPTA, including Project Leader and Senior Programming Analyst, focusing on technical issue resolution and system administration. With a strong background in customer service, Shelly has supervised staff and managed performance requirements in several capacities, including Telephone Information Supervisor and Travel Information Agent. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Pierce College and has completed graduate studies at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
