Therese Turner

With over 35 years of experience in the mutual banking sector, Therese joined the P&N Group as their inaugural Chief Customer Officer in 2023. She has previously held chief executive roles at five customer-owned banks and credit unions and was most recently CEO of MOVE Bank.

Therese is highly committed to the ideals of the customer-owned banking sector and has served on numerous industry boards and committees. With extensive experience in retail banking, she has a proven track record in transformation and delivering customer value. Therese is a qualified accountant, holds an MBA, and is a graduate of AICD.
