Frank Harmsen

Frank Harmsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Veluwse Onderwijsgroep since May 2022, Frank oversees the quality and safety of education across a foundation of 29 schools. As Managing Director and Owner of PNA Group since January 2018, Frank focuses on enhancing client knowledge accessibility and productivity. A professor at Maastricht University since March 2008, Frank specializes in enterprise knowledge management and transformation processes. Frank's past roles include Partner and Executive Director at EY, where responsibilities spanned IT transformation consulting and public sector advisory services, as well as several key positions at Capgemini related to IT strategy and governance. Frank holds a PhD in Computer Science & Business Administration from the University of Twente and additional qualifications from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and Radboud University.
