Hakan Kalayci

Hakan Kalayci is an experienced Knowledge Engineer at PNA, specializing in Text Classification, LLMs, and RAG Chatbots within business contexts since September 2023. Concurrently, Hakan serves as a Supervisor in Contract Logistics Customer Service at Kuehne+Nagel, having held this role since April 2020. As the Owner of Gamers Royale since September 2018, Hakan also contributed as a Data Scientist at JADS MKB Datalab from September 2022 to August 2024 and was a Team Leader at Jumbo Supermarkten from July 2014 to December 2018. Hakan is pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science in Business & Entrepreneurship at the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science and Eindhoven University of Technology, with educational milestones spanning from 2019 to 2024.
