Kristi Hill

Kristi Hill is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at PNC since October 2022, Kristi previously worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank from February 2013 to November 2022. Prior to that role, Kristi managed a portfolio of special assets at Georgia Commerce Bank and served as an Account Officer for an independent contractor. With a foundational background as a Commercial Lender, Underwriting Manager, and Commercial Loan Underwriter at Silverton Bank, Kristi possesses a comprehensive skill set in underwriting and portfolio management. Kristi earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia between 1997 and 2001.
