Rafael Bustillo

Rafael Bustillo serves as the Vice Chairman of Corporate and Institutional Banking at PNC since June 2021. Prior to this role, Bustillo spent over three decades at BBVA Compass, where Rafael held the position of Chief Operating Officer and managed the bank's three primary lines of business: Retail, Wealth Management, and Commercial. As a member of the BBVA Compass Management Committee, Bustillo reported directly to Chairman and CEO Manolo Sánchez. Bustillo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking, both from Louisiana State University.
