Tony Moraga

Tony Moraga is an experienced leader in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as SVP and Head of Workforce & Workplace Diversity & Inclusion at PNC since October 2021, focusing on attracting and retaining diverse talent while fostering an inclusive corporate culture. Previously, Tony held various leadership roles at BBVA in the USA, including VP and Manager of Social Impact & Diversity, where efforts centered on social impact programs and community relations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at StartOut, Manager of Small Business Services at the SF LGBT Center, and General Manager at the Golden Gate Business Association. Tony holds a Master of Science in Social Business & Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
