Ijaz Tariq FCA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Shared Services at PND Group since November 2013, Ijaz oversees financial operations for Pakistan's leading distributor in the Foods, Beverages, and Consumer Goods sectors, managing an annual turnover exceeding USD 350 million. Previous positions include Head of Internal Audit, Group Financial Controller, and Digital Transformation Head at PND Group. Earlier, Ijaz held roles at Sharif Group as Finance & ERP Project Manager, Fatima Group as Manager Finance & Accounts, and PwC as an Audit Senior. Ijaz holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, specializing in financial reporting, management, accounting, audit, and taxation laws.
