P. David Pulley

P. David Pulley has a strong background in general construction estimating and project management. P. David started their career at Bisys Insurance Services as a Special Authorization Specialist, where they obtained and received HIPAA authorizations to release client's medical records. P. David then transitioned into the construction industry, working as a Project Manager at Pulley Construction, Inc. From 2008 to 2012, they served as an Estimator at W.L. Butler Construction, Inc., where they successfully bid and estimated various commercial construction projects. Following that, they joined Oltmans Construction Co. as a Senior Estimator and Team Lead, managing bidding, estimating, and budgeting for a wide range of commercial projects. Currently, they are working at PNG Builders as the Chief Estimator, responsible for bidding, estimating, and budgeting all types of commercial construction projects across different sectors. P. David'sexperience includes conceptual budget planning, pre-construction planning, design-build, quantitative take-offs, and contract negotiation.

P. David Pulley attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Construction Management. In September 2017, they obtained a certification in 8 Hour ICRA Awareness from the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters.
